Our hot popular number 1 cake 'The Blonde Baileys' leaves a great enriching taste of bailey’s Irish cream that most taste buds would shout out 'it’s so good' or 'its strong but a perfect balance'. And if you are a non drinker or perhaps less receptive to the taste of alcohol, our signature Lychee Martini Cake would be a safe choice. The old school design of the cake just brings us back to the 1950s old British way of life when afternoon tea deems to be a necessity. If you like frutti sweet cakes, the Lychee Martini cake would be most suitable for all.
Adding to the red carpet of glamorous cakes, we also serve Orange Vodka which customers can taste fresh oranges and a hint of bitterness which would be due to the vodka alcohol. The sponge gives it a fluffy texture that leaves not a stint of heaviness. Our latest creation Brandy Cherry, laces cherries and brandy a perfect combination of taste. Another must try would be our Chocolate Whisky cake, some said after trying our chocolate whisky; other chocolate cakes seem inferior to it. The taste of whisky may not be that overwhelming but it is the combination with chocolate that creates magic, the thick dark chocolate compound the cake to give that luscious indulgence of chocolate, biting onto and chewing into the chocolate together with chocolate ice cream gives you the ultimate dessert sensation.
Leaving traces of creation, there are also seasonal cakes such as Ribena Vodka, Pina Colada, Chocolate Red Wine and our very special ‘Chendol’ Cake. The Chendol cake layer ingredients such as the gula Melaka, red bean, green jelly with pandan sponge to reach a 10cm high cake, this is only for special order, so ring us up should you wish to try it and we will specially make it just for you.
